“We were undecided from the outset whether or not to have a wedding film purely due to the overall costs involved in planning even a modest wedding but we are pleased to say it is well worth it and would recommend to anyone contemplating whether or not to please do factor it in. “Booking Marry Me Films was by far the best decision we made during our wedding planning. From the moment we met Sara and Tony at the Knowsley Hall open evening we knew we had to have them at our wedding and thankfully they weren't already booked! Their warmth, enthusiasm and love for their job radiated. Though their incredible work speaks for itself (every single film they produce is absolutely stunning!) they are also two of the nicest people you will ever meet. Throughout the whole process, nothing was too much trouble! They replied to emails really quickly (which for anybody stressing about their big day is a huge thing!). There were also some extremely thoughtful touches on the run up to our day that made us feel really special. They took the time to have a pre-wedding meeting during which they gained as many details about the day as possible in order to plan their time meticulously. We knew we were in good hands! On the day itself they put us completely at ease. The camera may as well not have been there! All our guests have said how lovely they thought they were and it genuinely felt like they were friends we had known for years who were there to help us celebrate- we were sorry to see them go home! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. We couldn't have asked for more! “Where do we even start when it comes to trying to put into words how thankful and grateful we are to you both for capturing what already felt like a perfect day and managing to present it in such a way that made our wedding day look even more like a fairytale! From the first video we ever saw of your work, along with countless others that began to follow leading up to our big day, we knew you were the perfect videographers for us! We never even entertained looking into any others, why would we when we had already fell in love. From the emails and our first meeting you were a dream duo to work with, we didn't realise just how much we would come to rely on you both on the big day. Not only did you capture our day perfectly but you both went above and beyond your duties. From Sara's head popping from behind the camera when she noticed Maria had really bad back pain, to running up and putting a dissolvable paracetamol in her mouth (which worked a treat). To then running from one side of the dance floor to other the other to help put up Maria's dress for the first dance when you noticed the mother of the bride struggling. And also when helping Jonathan and his army of groomsmen with their button holes. Tony even ran back outside and unpacked his camera when Maria showed you both her personalised trainers last minute, even though you were done for the evening, you didn't miss a trick. Only a few examples of you going above and beyond. During filming Tony managed to make us feel totally at ease with many moments filled with bursts of laughter. You managed to make what is always described as "the boring part of the day" so much fun! And then to top it off you both worked on your 18th wedding anniversary! It's an honour to share the same wedding date with a wonderful couple! You know you picked good people to work with when they show similar traits to yourself i.e. for us attention to detail. This was not only reflected in your work but along with the many thoughtful surprises and cards that you sent leading up to and after our big day all wrapped up perfect in your pink and blue wrapping. Its things like that which make you smile and know you’re in thoughtful hands with people who really do care about your big day, just as much as you. When we received our final presentation copy we were just blown away! You even managed to make the bride cry (we all know that isn't easy for Maria). We can't stop watching it and showing our family and friends. Our friends and family have even passed on touching comments made by people we don't know who watched our trailer and you even managed to bring tears to a strangers eyes who watched our wedding day. “A wedding video speaks louder than just photographs. But a well-captured wedding video speaks the love between a husband and wife and the day they became one. Planning our dream wedding from Singapore and the first to get married in the family meant relying on the internet to source for a suitable videographer. Marry Me Films wasn't our first option but it was the only option - we knew that we had to engage Marry Me for our big day and therefore, forfeited the deposit we placed with another company. The best decision and we are glad that we followed our hearts. We cannot say enough good things about Marry Me Films because we enjoyed being well-taken care of by Sara and Tony from pre-wedding to post wedding. Very talented, meticulous and go-getter duo, who went miles in getting the best multitude of angles of us. We looked great in the videos and couldn’t be more happy with that. They were everywhere but they did it quietly and unobtrusively - on the dance floor, grass, staircase and wherever you think of and we were surprised that they were still around close to midnight to film our evening party! We were amazed by the quality stunning videos footages - pre-ceremony, ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception and the all-surround audio were crystal clear. That, to us, are professionally taken by industry experts who know and love what they are doing. Every second in the videos speak to us and it’s nice to see and hear all that took place in those moments we may have missed that day, because so much seems to be going on. We couldn’t help tearing up everytime we watch them - they were so point-on. Special mentions about Sara, who definitely helped alot in putting this all together. She was responsive on emails and aced in delivering good client service. We were sold on the first meeting - she was so detailed and that eased off all the stress we had. It was such a pleasure liaising with a vendor who had so much empathy and professionalism at the same time. You definitely kept a bridezilla well in her bay! We couldn’t have a better experience and thanks Sara and Tony. We waited for our whole life for our union and thanks for capturing the lifetime emotional moments for us. “We never ever planned to film our wedding and didn't budget to either, however after seeing clips of Marry Me Films there was no way we wasn't having them, even if it meant dipping into our honeymoon fund. They literally make every wedding look like a fairytale, from the music they choose, to each detail they include. When we initially met Tony and Sara they made us feel so relaxed, they listened to absolutely everything we said and just genuinely cared and was excited for us. Being filmed isn't easy, especially when you are quite shy like my husband, but he was so at ease with them, it was like we had known them for years. Throughout the wedding day they worked so well with our photographer so they both got the photos/footage they needed to make it perfect for us, and it really was more than perfect. The film and trailer is beautiful (obviously I'm biased) but they have captured every single moment and managed to compress it into the most perfect film that I have probably watched now about hundred times. I honestly think out of everything this was the most important and best decision we made and I can not thank Sara and Tony enough for being ‘Marry Me Films’, for being so talented and passionate at what they do and for making it possible to have the memory of our fairytale wedding there to watch year after year. My advice to everybody thinking about booking them, do it, you will not be disappointed. “When we got engaged and started planning our Wedding a few of my friends and family advised that one of their biggest regrets from their wedding day was not having a videographer. My Husband and I were very skeptical about having a videographer at our wedding, as neither of us like being in front of a camera. From the moment we booked Sara and Tony they were very keen to get to know us and what we wanted on our wedding day. They were so thoughtful in every bit of contact they made with us, they were so approachable and quick to respond if we had any requests or concerns. On our wedding day I can honestly say they never made us feel uncomfortable or awkward, Sara and Tony embraced the happiness of the day with us and blended in with our guests. They are both so professional and excellent at what they do, I have watched our video so many times I have lost count. “I honestly couldn't recommend better wedding videographers than Marry Me Films. I first discovered Marry Me Films via Facebook and had spent a while watching strangers' wedding videos and marvelling at how beautifully they had been captured on film so knew as soon as I got engaged I wanted Sara and Tony to film our wedding. Upon meeting them at a wedding fair I picked a date in August 2016 and booked them before even checking that the date was definitely available at our wedding venue (thank goodness it was!). Before our wedding Sara was in touch on a regular basis (even sending us Christmas cards) which is a lovely personal touch that you rarely get from other companies. Before our wedding we met with Sara and Tony who were very thorough going through lots of questions to make sure we were happy with the organisation of our wedding day. On the big day they arrived early in the morning and didn't leave until late at night. All the guests commented how lovely Sara and Tony were and how they blended into the guests. When we got the trailer and feature film we couldn't wait to watch it and must have replayed it a good 3 times on the first day. The film was everything we imagined and more and myself and my husband couldn't quite believe the attention to detail during the film. “We actually don't know where to start! We offered to write a review straight after our wedding because we had been so overwhelmed by the general standard of service provided by Marry Me Films and the personal yet always professional approach Sara and Tony had taken towards our day, but Sara asked us to wait until after we had seen our film and we definitely understand why! The only problem now is that it is so much harder to write as we are literally lost for words! As a wedding co-ordinator in a hotel, I understood all too well how quickly a wedding day can go and not wanting to miss a moment of ours, a videographer was top of my list of priorities. I was introduced to the work of Marry Me Films before I had even met my now husband and I remember thinking if I ever get married, I needed to have this company video my wedding! 5 years later when the time came for me to start planning our day, they were the first supplier I contacted to ensure we were able to get them! From our first meeting, we completely fell in love with Sara and Tony as a couple and were so excited to work with them! They are the most kind hearted, laid back people yet all the while professional with it that we just knew they would blend completely into our day and we couldn't have been more right. Sara comes on the journey of planning your wedding with you, getting as excited over silly little details as you do even though she's probably seen them a thousand times before! She really makes you feel like you are her only client and as a bride or groom, that really is more important than I think Sara realises and I can never thank her enough for that. Her attention to detail and special touches in the two years between when we first met through to when our final DVD was sent to us has been overwhelming - above and beyond doesn't come close. Tony is just a legend - his talent is phenomenal and I don't think anyone else could have captured our day in the same way he did. His laid back, nothing flusters him attitude is exactly what every wedding couple needs and again, we will never be able to express how thankful we are. The DVD itself is beyond anything we could have hoped for and will forever be one of our most treasured possessions. The cake has been eaten now, the dress and suit worn and the dances danced but our DVD will always be there for us to be relive our day. Sara and Tony, from every part of both us, and our families aswell - Thank you.
