“If anyone is reading this and wondering “should I book Marry Me Films” then we have a very simple message to send them: “yes, just do it, you will not regret it”. Before finally settling on Sara and Tony, we looked through the products of lots of other videographers and the quality from Marry Me Films stood out as head and shoulders better than any of the competition. However, that only tells half the story, as before you get the final cut there are several stages to go through. First, there is the wedding day itself—Sara and Tony are lovely people who made this really easy for us, they were always there to capture the events but were never intrusive and we could simply forget that filming was going on. Second, there is the post-wedding production—the videos were sent to us remarkably quickly, and when we asked for a slight change to substitute one of the music tracks this was done with no fuss and literally within a few hours. “Where do we begin… We cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for us to make our wedding day truly amazing. We can honestly say you were the best decision we made. Your thoughtful little extra special touches (such as a countdown to our day and a gift of homemade soap), the support you gave us at what was such a difficult time in the lead up to our wedding day with the restrictions in place and the uncertainty due to Covid and everything else you then did on the day of our wedding is just a few examples of why you are both a necessity rather than a luxury. Your thoughtfulness and caring support throughout our whole wedding has been nothing short of exceptional. On the day, you made us laugh, kept us calm (particularly when there was an issue with my dress on the morning of the wedding!) and captured every aspect of the day so perfectly. We didn’t even know you were filming at some points! We really did feel like we had been friends with you both forever. The wedding blues hit us hard the day after but you gave us that boost of excitement when we received our 1 minute teaser trailer the next day which of course made me cry! A couple of weeks later, we were then given a further sneak peak with our 5 minute trailer and that didn’t disappoint either. The way you capture the day and link it to music is absolutely breathtaking. It quite literally made me laugh and cry with happiness at the same time! Finally, we received a beautifully packaged USB stick containing the feature film of our day. We immediately sat on the couch with our family and watched the film in its entirety. We have been in complete awe of how perfect the film was. We couldn’t have asked for more and we will continue to watch it for the rest of our lives. We have easily been able to send a copy to our family and friends too!
